Does the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Do you see my Qiblah here? By Allah, neither your bowing nor your prostration is hidden from me; indeed, I see you from behind my back," mean that he could see everything behind him?

Among the miracles of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, was his ability to see his companions from behind him just as he saw them from in front of him. This was a true visual perception created for him by Allah, not merely a form of knowledge or inspiration. Scholars have agreed that this vision was real and that it defied the usual custom for him. There was a difference of opinion as to whether this miracle was exclusive to prayer or if it encompassed all situations. The majority of scholars hold the view that it was specific to the state of prayer.
