Who narrated the Hadith: "When one of you enters the mosque, he is a visitor to Allah, and it is incumbent upon the Host to honor the guest," and is its chain of narration weak or authentic?

The hadith mentioned by Al-Mundhiri in "Al-Targhib wal-Tarhib" from Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) states that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever performs ablution (wudu') in his house, and performs it well, then comes to the mosque, he is a visitor of Allah Almighty, and it is incumbent upon the host to honor his visitor."

Al-Mundhiri said: It was narrated by Al-Tabarani in "Al-Kabeer" with two chains of narration, one of which is good. Al-Bayhaqi narrated a similar version as mawquf (stopped at the Companions) from the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with an authentic chain. Sheikh Al-Albani graded Al-Tabarani's narration as hasan (good) and authenticated the mawquf narration from the Companions.
