Is the Hadith: (He who performs ablution well in his house, then comes to the mosque, he is a visitor of Allah, and it is incumbent upon the host to honor the visitor) authentic?

The Hadith, "Whoever performs ablution in his house, and performs ablution well, then comes to the mosque, he is a visitor of Allah, and it is a right upon the visited to honor the visitor," is weak. Its chain of narration revolves around Sa'id ibn Zarbi, Umar ibn Habib, and Al-Qasim ibn Ghusn, all of whom are weak in Hadith. This narration has been reported as a saying of Salman al-Farisi and the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with sound chains of narration. Its authenticity is further supported by the agreed-upon Hadith of Abu Hurairah: "Whoever goes to the mosque in the morning or in the evening, Allah prepares for him a feast in Paradise, every time he goes in the morning or in the evening."
