The original work of the company is permissible in Islamic law, being a type of permissible (leasing/hiring). However, maintaining computer devices for a usurious bank is not permissible, because the bank uses them for unlawful purposes. Therefore, it is not permissible for you to manage a project for maintaining these devices, and you must refrain from doing so, because there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. As for the rest of the company's permissible activities, there is no objection to them.
