The answer

is obligatory on the capital of a (profit-sharing) partnership if it reaches the (minimum threshold) and a hawl (full lunar year) passes over it. The share of profit is added to the capital when calculating zakat, even if a full year has not passed over the profit. The diyah (blood money) of the deceased is a right for all heirs, and the father is not permitted to take sole possession of it except with their waiver. Zakat is obligatory on each heir for their share of the diyah. The father may pay zakat on the entire amount, provided that the one on whose behalf zakat is paid is informed, because intention is a condition when paying zakat.
