Does a husband inherit from his wife if he was alone with her without consummation, and she later died in an accident, knowing that she had considerable wealth from her father's inheritance?

The spouses inherit from each other under two conditions: that the marriage is valid, and that the marital relationship exists between them at the time of death, either actually or constructively (such as a woman divorced revocably who is still in her 'iddah). If these two conditions are met, they inherit from each other, regardless of whether the husband had consummated the marriage with his wife or not, due to the generality of the verse and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, ruled that Buru' bint Washiq should inherit, as her husband died before consummating the marriage with her.
