Is it permissible to swear by (Tallah)?

It is permissible to swear by (تالله - Tallahi) by agreement of the imams, and it has been mentioned in the Quran in nine places, because the letter "ta'" (ت) is one of the particles of oath that is exclusive to the name "Allah" (الله) تعالى alone, and does not precede any other.
