What is the ruling on my prayer and ablution, given that I sometimes suffer from drops of urine and passing wind, and I doubt my recitation of the Quran during prayer?

It appears that the questioner is afflicted with a type of waswasah (obsessive whispering), and they should distance themselves from it. As for the drops and wind (gas), if the emission of wind is merely waswasah, then it should be ignored. However, if its emission is confirmed and there is a time when nothing comes out, then one should perform ablution and pray during that time. Otherwise, they are considered to be in the ruling of one afflicted with sals (incontinence): they perform ablution upon the entry of the prayer time and pray, disregarding what comes out of them. As for absentmindedness during the imam's recitation and making a mistake in the surah during supererogatory (nafila) prayers, one must strive against their self to achieve presence of heart and contemplate the recitation, and to correct the mistake.
