Is it permissible to slaughter a votive offering in a place other than the one vowed for (Sudan instead of the school gate in Jordan), given the unsuitability of slaughtering in the original location and the votive offerer's lack of money?

If the daughter was an adult at the time of the vow and is unable to fulfill it, she must offer expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yameen). However, if she was not an adult, she is not obligated to fulfill it, but it is recommended for her to fulfill it upon reaching adulthood. It is permissible to slaughter the sacrifice of the vow in any convenient place.
