If your work on the aforementioned website is free from religious prohibitions and for a known, agreed-upon wage, then there is no harm in it, nor in benefiting from its earnings.
Similarly, participating in the draw conducted by the website, if you do not pay anything to subscribe to it, then there is no harm for you in participating, nor in benefiting from what you obtain.
However, if you are required to pay something to participate in the draw, then it is not permissible to enter it because it is gambling.
