What is the authenticity of the Hadith that mentions the virtue of reciting three verses from the beginning of Surat Al-An'am, and the reward and protection that result from that?

This Hadith is very weak, its chain of transmission is abandoned, and it has not been mentioned in the relied-upon books. Some exegetes and Al-Suyuti cited it. It speaks of the virtue of reciting three verses from the beginning of Surat Al-An'am after the dawn prayer. The one accused of fabricating it is Ibrahim bin Ishaq, whom Al-Daraqutni described as abandoned and Al-Azdi as deviant.
