A Muslim should not despair of seeking treatment for any illness that befalls him. If sexual dysfunction does not prevent marriage and does not affect the ability to engage in sexual intercourse and keep the wife chaste, then there is no need to inform the fiancée about it before marriage. However, if the sexual dysfunction reaches a degree where it is highly probable that one will be unable to engage in sexual intercourse, then it is obligatory to inform the fiancée of this; otherwise, she will have the option to annul the marriage after the wedding.
