We thank the questioner for his keenness, but the site he mentioned does not completely remove the harm, and the persistence of forbidden things and Shariah prohibitions therein prevents its permissibility. Alerting the user to inappropriate clips does not prevent them from being watched, and many people do not shy away from forbidden things except for those that are extremely obscene. The appearance of a disrobed woman is forbidden, even if the clip is educational. Deleting obscene clips does not make a film permissible if other forbidden things exist, so what if they are not deleted but only alerted to?
