What is the ruling on assigning a lease-to-own car to another party, and what are the consequences of not paying the installments?

Leasing-to-own has শরীয়াহ (Islamic legal) regulations. The leased item is not owned by the lessee, and the installments paid are rent, not a price. It is impermissible to dispose of the car by selling it before owning it, but it is permissible to lease it to others under the same conditions or more favorable ones.
