You are not obliged to visit your father-in-law, and your husband is not permitted to force you to do so, especially since it causes you harm. Your husband is not obligated to obey his father in this matter. However, your husband should be dutiful and kind to his father and obey him in what is good. If he does that, his father's anger will not harm him.
