Is it permissible for the wife to ask to move to a separate home away from her husband's family due to her inability to continue living with them because of the many problems that arise between them?

A wife has the right to a separate dwelling if she is harmed by her husband's mother, and her husband is able to provide it, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm." Her request should be made with rationality and wisdom, taking into account the husband's circumstances. If reconciliation is possible, she should be patient and honor her husband's mother. If reconciliation is not possible, she should persuade her husband and his family to move to another nearby dwelling. If the husband is unable, she must exercise patience, for "patience is like its name, bitter in taste, but its consequences are sweeter than honey."
