Is it permissible to work with a woman who imitates men in her dress and appearance, and for me to greet her with "salaam"?

It is not permissible for a woman to work as a secretary in an environment where she mixes with men, especially if this exposes her to khalwa (private seclusion with a man who is not a mahram). Nor is it permissible to condone her non-adherence to the shar'i (Islamic legal) hijab or her imitation of men. It is permissible to greet her while advising her and clarifying the danger of what she is doing, and informing her of the obligation of hijab, modesty, and choosing appropriate work. As for the father, he should be advised with gentleness and good manners, showing him filial piety and obedience in matters that do not involve disobedience [to Allah], and supplicating for his guidance.
