If your paternal uncle is a full brother to your father or a half-brother through the father, and he leaves no heir other than yourselves, then the sons of the full brother or the half-brother through the father inherit by ta'sib (agnatic succession) and divide the wealth among themselves based on their number. As for the daughters of the brother, they are not among the heirs.
