Should a pregnant woman who uses vaginal suppositories and continues to experience discharge after insertion be treated as one in a state of istihada, such that she performs ablution for each prayer and is unconcerned, and does it affect her purity that the suppositories are discharged as they are, without change in color or turbidity?

The discharge resulting from vaginal suppositories is pure, but it nullifies ablution (Wudu'). If this discharge continues, and if there is a specific time when it stops, sufficient for purification and prayer, then one must perform Wudu' and pray during that time. It is also permissible to combine two prayers (Dhuhr with Asr, or Maghrib with Isha). However, if there is no specific time for it to stop, then the affected woman must perform Wudu' for each prayer after its time has begun. The descent of anything after Wudu' or during prayer does not harm her prayer, and she may pray the obligatory (Fard) prayers and as many supererogatory (Nawafil) prayers as she wishes.
