Is it permissible to supplicate for marriage in Paradise to one of the Companions, or the righteous, or the martyrs, if marriage was not facilitated in this world? And is a girl who did not marry and preserved herself considered a martyr upon her death?

Marriage is a predestined provision. A woman should ask Allah for a righteous husband, seek him out, and seek help from those she trusts. She is also permitted to offer herself for marriage to a righteous man she desires, within the limits of Islamic law.

One must have a good opinion of Allah and not despair. If a woman is destined to marry, she will be with her husband from among the people of this world in Paradise. If she does not marry in this world, Allah may marry her to whomever He wills therein. Regardless, her primary concern should be faith and performing good deeds that lead to Paradise. The blessings of Paradise are not limited to males; they also include females, and this includes marriage.
