Is it permissible for me to separate my deceased father's pension from my mother's pension, which she controls and spends on me from it as she deems sufficient only for my essential needs, knowing that this will upset her and she will consider it an ingratitude for her favor?

It is permissible for you to take your share of your father's pension if it is rightfully yours and you are of sound judgment. However, if that angers your mother, it is better to be patient and come to an understanding with her, and to mediate through your sisters. And you must be dutiful to your mother and treat her kindly, for her right over you is great.
