What is the ruling on sitting in front of the husband's sons without a hijab and in clothes such as "half sleeves"?

A woman's 'awrah (intimate parts) in front of her husband's sons is the same as her 'awrah in front of her other maharim (unmarriageable kin). The preponderant opinion among the jurists on this matter is that of the Malikis and Hanbalis, which holds that a woman's 'awrah for a mahram is her entire body except for the face, head, hands, and feet. This view is based on the Almighty's saying: "And not display their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husband's fathers, or their sons, or their husband's sons" [An-Nur: 31]. This refers to the places of adornment that are commonly visible. The reason for preferring this view from a practical perspective is the difficulty of meticulously covering the limbs in front of maharim. Therefore, it is permissible for a woman to wear clothing in front of her maharim that reveals a part of her forearms or shins, provided there is no fear of temptation.
