Is it permissible to conduct experiments on living humans and dissect dead bodies in scientific research?

It has been previously explained that human dissection is permissible for the education of doctors, under certain conditions, including not dissecting a Muslim. The Quran is a healing for bodies and hearts, and it is not correct to generalize doubt about the trustworthiness of those who claim to heal with it; each case should be examined individually. Allah has specifically mentioned healing in His Book through the Quran and honey.
