Is the woman considered at fault for not communicating with her uncle and grandmother due to their interference in her life and their desire to control her personal decisions, and to what extent is it permissible for the father to force his daughter to reconcile with them despite her not needing them?

Filial piety is an obligation. Allah has linked obedience to parents with His worship and with showing them kindness. This includes grandparents, no matter how far up the lineage. The Prophet (peace be upon him) counted disobedience to parents among the major sins.

Children must resolve issues with their grandmother and uncle through kindness, filial piety, and respect, and avoid engaging in disputes with them. The daughter must obey her father in reconciling with her grandmother, as long as he does not command an act of disobedience.

It is not permissible for parents or the grandmother to force a girl to marry someone she does not desire, due to the severe consequences and family and psychological problems that may result from such a forced marriage.
