Whoever becomes aware of an evil should change it with their hand; if unable, then with their tongue; if unable, then with their heart, which is the weakest of faith. Therefore, if you become aware of an evil in your workplace, you must try to change it by advising the faculty, provided you are able to do so and it does not lead to a greater evil. If you are unable to do so, and you find another job, then take that step. However, if you cannot find another job, and you are in need and would be harmed by speaking out against it, then you may remain silent while disapproving with your heart; "If a sin is committed on earth, whoever witnesses it and dislikes it is like one who was absent from it, and whoever was absent from it but approves of it is like one who witnessed it."
