Why did the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, not forbid Ka’b bin Zuhayr from using amatory poetry and physical descriptions of women at the beginning of his Burdah poem?

The scholars have inferred, from the Prophet's not forbidding Ka'b, the permissibility of writing amorous poetry about an unspecific woman, in contrast to writing amorous poetry about a specific woman, which is forbidden.
