Does divorce occur if the husband says, "I divorce my wife if I go," and then violates his oath and goes, after which the couple reconciles and resumes their marital life normally?

The majority of scholars hold the view that whoever swears by divorce and then breaks the oath, his wife is divorced, whether he intended to enact the divorce or merely to threaten. Some scholars, like Ibn Taymiyyah, are of the view that a person who swears by divorce for the purpose of threat or emphasis must offer an expiation for an oath and his wife is not divorced if he breaks the oath. The adopted fatwa is the opinion of the majority. Based on this, a divorce has occurred, and if intercourse takes place during the waiting period (iddah), it is considered a valid return (rajah).
