Can sins be forgiven even if we do not vow or pledge not to commit them again, taking into account that breaking an oath requires fasting for three days?

Allah forgives all sins when a servant repents sincerely before witnessing death and before the sun rises from the west. Sincere repentance (Tawbah Nasuh) is that which combines five conditions: sincerity to Allah, regret for the sin, immediate cessation of the disobedience, firm resolve not to return to it, and that it is not after the time for accepting repentance has ended. It is not a condition that the servant never returns to the sin after repentance; rather, the condition is the sincere resolve not to return. If one does return, then let them repent again. The expiation for breaking an oath is freeing a slave, or feeding ten poor people, or clothing them. If one cannot find these, then fasting three days.
