Is the husband's salary from his work in a non-Islamic bank for ten years considered unlawful (haram), and what should be done with the possessions acquired from this salary if it is unlawful?

If the money earned from working in usurious banks is still extant, it must be disposed of by spending it on charitable causes. Excluded from this are necessities such as housing, food, clothing, and transportation. However, if it has already been spent, then the owner is only required to repent.
