Is it obligatory to inform a suitor about the early appearance of grey hair, or is keeping silent about it considered deceit?

The majority of jurists agree that the defects which must be disclosed during engagement, and which entitle the aggrieved party to annul the marriage, are those that prevent sexual intercourse, or infectious and repulsive diseases, such as leprosy and vitiligo.

Accordingly, premature graying is not considered one of these defects that must be disclosed to the suitor, nor is concealing it considered deception, unless the suitor stipulates that the fiancée be free from it.
