Is Zakat obligatory on a sum of 9200 dirhams deposited in investment sukuk whose returns have not yet been distributed? And how much is the Zakat if it is obligatory?

The majority of scholars hold that debt prevents the obligation of zakat on internal wealth (such as cash, gold, silver, and trade goods). Accordingly, zakat is not obligatory on the wealth of sukuk if the debt consumes all the wealth or if, after the debt, a complete nisab does not remain.
