Is it permissible for mosque officials to deduct a certain percentage from those who collect donations in their mosque?

There is no objection to deducting an amount from the donors' money if they give permission for it; otherwise, it is not permissible. However, if the mosque administration assigns someone to collect donations and pays him a wage for his work, there is no harm in that.
