Is justice a prerequisite in gift-giving between married daughters, and is justice a prerequisite between male children in their father's home and his married daughters?

The Islamic law commands justice among children in gifts and endowments. The most preponderant opinion is that the female should be given the same as the male. It is permissible to favor some children over others in gift-giving if there is a reason necessitating it, such as one child's need, or disability, or preoccupation with seeking knowledge, or if the gift is withheld from some children due to their immorality, or innovation (in religion), or their use of money for sinful acts.
