What is the ruling on placing a spy device with a camera inside a human body through eating, such that his family can see him? And what is the ruling on placing the same device on the nerves to control the person as if he were a robot, with the aim of revenge, knowing that this device externalizes inner thoughts as audible speech?

One should not be preoccupied with searching for something that has not yet occurred. Umar ibn al-Khattab, Zayd ibn Thabit, and Ammar ibn Yasir, may Allah be pleased with them, disliked being asked about hypothetical matters that had not transpired. If the enquirer can prove the existence of what he is asking about, then let him inform us.
