There is no religious impediment to wearing high heels, as long as they do not produce attention-grabbing sounds, or involve imitation of disbelievers or immoral people. It is stipulated that they must be covered if they contain adornment, and that wearing them should not be harmful to the woman's health. This is supported by the verse: "And let them not strike their feet so as to make known what they conceal of their adornment," and "and not display their adornment except what is apparent thereof," and the : "Whoever imitates a people is one of them."
