Is it permissible to donate oocytes, and what should I do about my wife who refused intercourse after the doctor told her she could only conceive through oocyte donation?

Donating ova from one woman to another is not permissible in Islamic law. One should frequently supplicate and seek forgiveness, and pursue lawful means in seeking offspring. If the wife does not respond to her husband's call to bed due to not conceiving, she is disobedient (nashiz). Her disobedience can be remedied through admonition, advice, and instilling fear of Allah, as mentioned by the jurists.
