Is it permissible to publish news and images of women who do not wear the hijab, or artistic news that includes images of women who do not wear the hijab? Is it necessary to mention the source of news that is transmitted? And must news that contains slander or forbidden images be deleted?

It is not obligatory to mention the name of the news source unless its owner stipulates it. It is sufficient to indicate that it is a نقل (reported/transmitted content). However, mentioning the source's name is preferable. As for automatic news publishing, there is no harm in publishing permissible news that includes images incidentally, not as a primary focus, and these are excused due to the commonality of the affliction. However, news whose main محور (core/focus) is Islamically prohibited, such as haram images or images of unveiled women (mutabarrijat), is not permissible to publish. Similarly, it is not permissible to publish political opinions that contain fabrications, falsehoods, and misleading of people, as opposed to matters where there is room for permissible disagreement.
