What is the ruling on purchasing medicines from large pharmacy chains that exceed the legal limit for pharmacy ownership (a maximum of two pharmacies)? And in this matter, is the consideration given to the opinion of the Pharmacists' Syndicate or to the consumer's interest?

If the ruler's prohibition of large pharmacies is a control in favor of a specific group, and violating it does not lead to apparent public harm, then there is no sin for a person in buying from them, as long as they do not face punishment, according to the Prophet's saying, "It is not fitting for a believer to humiliate himself." It is preferable to pose the question to the scholars of the country to be informed of the reality.
