Must she make up the day on which she fasted, prayed, and recited Qur'an, after her bleeding stopped and then her menstruation returned at night, and is she required to re-recite the Qur'an?
Purity from menstruation is recognized by two signs: the white discharge or complete dryness. The brownish discharge (al-kudrah) is considered menstruation if it appears before purity. So, if the bleeding stops and complete dryness occurs, one must perform ghusl (ritual bath), pray, and fast. If bleeding returns after seeing the sign of purity, it is menstruation, but it does not affect the validity of the prayers and fasting of the day on which the bleeding returned. Reading the Qur’an is permissible for a menstruating woman, but she is not allowed to touch the Mus'haf (physical copy of the Qur’an) without an interposing barrier. There is no need to repeat what she has read from the Qur’an.
