What is the authenticity of the hadith: "Teach them spinning and sewing and Surah An-Nur, and do not teach them writing," and what does it mean if it is authentic?

The aforementioned Hadith narrated by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), with the wording: "Do not house them (women) in upper chambers and do not teach them them writing, but teach them spinning and Surah An-Nur," is a fabricated Hadith, as stated by Al-Dhahabi and Al-Albani.
