The answer

Whoever prays Tarawih and Witr with the Imam, he may pray as much as he wishes afterward, but he should not repeat Witr due to the : "There are no two Witrs in one night." And whoever is certain that he will perform Tahajjud at the end of the night, he may pray the even-numbered rak'ahs and Witr with the Imam, then perform Tahajjud as much as he wishes, and then pray Witr. It is sufficient for reviving the last ten nights to focus only on the odd-numbered nights, but it is better to revive all of them.
