And is it permissible for someone who has purchased a subscription card to invite people to watch the channels at his place for a fee or for free?

The tenant must observe what was agreed upon in the contract and what is customary. If their use results in harm to the lessor or others, or if the contract specifies certain restrictions, these must be adhered to. Furthermore, the Shariah regulations for benefiting from the leased property must be observed. As for forbidden channels, viewing them is not permissible under any circumstances.
