Is it permissible to give charity with the intention of it being an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) for family, friends, and one's fiancé?

There is no religious impediment to donating the reward of an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) or any other charity to any Muslim. This is by consensus among scholars, as it is permissible to gift the reward of financial acts of worship, such as charity.
