ما حكم قتل أو اختطاف أبناء شخص خان أمانة مالية تزيد قيمتها عن ديته بأضعاف؟
It is not permissible for a Muslim to kill his companion who betrayed him and unjustly consumed his wealth. Taking the life of a Muslim is only permissible as a retribution (qisas), or as a prescribed punishment (hadd) for apostasy, or for adultery after having been previously married. These punishments can only be carried out by the ruler or his representative. Similarly, kidnapping the children of the traitor is not permissible, as it is an act of injustice and forbidden transgression. For every soul is accountable for what it earns, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another.
