Must the wife continue to fast three days of every month, which she vowed for the renewal of passports, after their renewal stopped again, or is she permitted to stop this vow?

A vow must be fulfilled even if it is disliked, especially a conditional vow, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "It does not bring forth good, but rather it is used to extract from the miser." A conditional vow must be fulfilled when its condition is met. Therefore, the questioner must fast three days each month to fulfill her vow, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: (They fulfill their vows and fear a Day whose evil will be widespread) [Quran 76:7]. However, if she is unable due to illness or old age, she may break her fast and offer an expiation for breaking an oath.
