Is it permissible to sell a scientific course that was obtained for free with a 100% discount from its owner, and is it permissible to benefit from it after selling it?

Intellectual property rights are protected for their owners, and it is not permissible to infringe upon them. It is not permissible for someone who has subscribed to paid courses to publish them for others without permission from the entity owning the rights to the course, due to Allah Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions, except a condition that prohibits what is lawful or permits what is unlawful."
