Based on the Shafi'i school's ruling that one afflicted with سلس (incontinence) must perform ablution for each obligatory prayer, is it also necessary for him to re-perform istinja (cleansing after defecation or urination) and re-bind (the affected area) for each obligatory prayer, or is it sufficient to perform only ablution when intending to perform a present obligatory prayer along with several consecutive missed prayers?

A person afflicted with سلس (incontinence) is not required to renew their ablution for performing several missed prayers as long as they perform them consecutively. Nor is he required to re-tighten and re-bandage for each prayer, as long as he has not been negligent. Some of the Prophet's wives, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed while they were seeing blood and a basin was beneath them. It is advised for a person suffering from obsessive doubts (وسوسة) not to delve deeply into jurisprudential opinions and to be content with what scholars of knowledge rule for him.
