What is the ruling on burning thorns and plants that grow abundantly in graveyards, obstructing passage and causing harm to those who walk through them?

It is absolutely disliked to uproot wet plants and weeds from the graveyard. As for dry ones, there is no objection to uprooting them, provided that it does not harm the deceased. It is not permissible to burn them with fire due to the harm involved in that.
