Why does a woman menstruate every month, and not every year or every two months?

Menstrual blood is something God has decreed for the daughters of Adam, for the wisdom of nurturing pregnancy. So, for one who is not fit for pregnancy, His wisdom is not found in her. As for its monthly occurrence, it is due to the wisdom of God Almighty, and no action is contingent upon knowing that.
