What is the ruling on giving money to a father who constantly asks his married daughters for it, despite their need for the money, especially since he boycotts them and psychologically harms them if they do not give it to him? And are they obliged to give him money at the expense of their debts?

It is not obligatory for daughters to give their father whatever he asks for if it involves injustice and harm to them, and they do not sin by refusing. Daughters are advised to be patient with their father and to give what they can, just as the father is advised to lighten the burden on his daughters and not to take from their money except what he needs or what they willingly give; based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful except with his willing consent."
